Please register online!
If you already have access data, e.g. as a SAoO member, first sign in via the login. Then click here on the ‘To the participant registration’ button and complete the registration process. You can see the prices for your category below. A number of additional courses will also be offered alongside the main programme at the 2026 Congress. These can be booked via participant registration for an additional fee.

Practice assistants and practice staff can access courses specially developed for the target group free of charge. However, registration is still required. You will receive detailed information about the courses shortly here.

Please note that only healthcare professionals may attend the congress, who have a legitimate interest in the content of the congress.

Congress fees

We look forward to your participation. You can view the fees for each professional group here.

Please note that online registration closes one week before the start of the congress for organisational reasons. It is possible to register on-site for an additional fee of CHF 100.00.

Medical students, PhD students and OMPA course participants can attend the congress for free. However, registration is required. Please email info@saoo.ch to register.
Journalists with a legitimate interest in the congress also receive free admission. Please email julia.staerk@targoevent.de to register.

Refund policy

A registration refund is possible if notification of cancellation is sent in writing to the SAoO Congress Secretariat (info@saoo.ch).
Cancellations before 22 December 2025 will be refunded with 50%. No refunds will be possible after this date.
